Permission is granted to temporarily access Nurshift for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Nurshift provides healthcare workforce scheduling and management software. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
